So I'm a smoothie guy

It happened so slowly I didn't really notice until the process was complete, but it turns out I'm a smoothie guy. Now I don't mean I spend 5 dollars on a smoothie at Jamba Juice.  I mean, it's a rare day that doesn't start out with a healthy, home made smoothie... full of good for you stuff.

Smoothies make a great for a quick meal, or post workout recovery drink.

I start with a base of unsweetened almond milk  and into the blender go some combination of the following.



The taste anywhere from 'Not bad' to 'Delicious' (I normally don't go to heavy on the Maca, it can be overpowering), and I've been feeling SO much better.

I still go out to breakfast on the weekends, but I'm going to cut down to one day a week.
